Ethan and Sydney's friend, Brynlee, had a birthday party in Denver and sent us an invite. It was sent with two adorable aprons sewn by Brynlee's mom (and my friend), Kayla. They loved them and I told them that we'd make a treat later in our aprons.
The next evening drew on, and we were running out of time for our treat and Doug had the idea to make ice cream with them. He gave them the all-important job of putting chocolate chips into the blender and Ethan and Sydney took this job VERY seriously. They would ask for more and Doug would give them a small handful and they would place them in the blender one by one.
